Technical characteristics
Polypropylene tissue is distinguished by rigidity and high strength, which can produce several cubic meters of bags. These bags can withstand up to 5000kg weight.
Big bags are sewn with loops, which facilitate loading/unloading. The construction allows much easier to fill in and emptied. Big – bags diversity of production allows offering for the customers’ products that meet their needs and individual proposals.
Mainly, big – bags are used for all kinds of tissues and products transportation and storage such as, cement, sand, coal, industrial waste or blocks from granite.
1 and 2 loops Big Bags
1 or 2 lifting loops- Are made from non-laminated polypropylene tissue
- Could be with or without polyethylene tray
- PE types of trays: freely placed, rectangular shape or bottle shape with filler neck
- White or transparent
- SWL – from 5000kg to 1000kg
- SF (safety factor) – 5: 1, UN
- Types of top – open, with the filling valve or the filling skirt
- Type of bottom – “Star”, square (flat), the shape of „H“ with one seam and drain valve in the square bottom
- Possible color logo (Promotional printing) on one or two opposite sides of the Big Bags (up to four colors on each side)
- Possible A4 and A5 format of document package bag
- The most suitable for the variety of fertilizers (urea, DAP, am. Nitrate and am. Sulphate, NPK) packing
- Also, in those big-bags are packing: seeds, animal feed, salt, wood, bark and chips, ash, mineral wool and others.
- The overall height (with loops) could reach up to 250cm, loop height could reach from 40 to 55cm.
Four loops Big Bags
Four loops Big-bags are made from laminated or non-laminated polypropylene tissue. These bigbags could be with an inner polyethylene tray (from 40 to 100 microns), which protect production against external moisture. Big – bags could be sealed seams: the protection of the product from dust and crumbling. Big – bags are devoted for packaging, storage and transportation of grain, fertilizer, dangerous/ not dangerous chemicals and food industry.

Ventilated material Bags
These Big-Bags are made from polypropylene tissue with ventilation strips, which allows
air to get inside. The Big – bags with ventilation tissue most suitable for packing, storage
and transportation of vegetables. Big- bags from openwork are possible.
